QuickSiteReady is a subscription website service for South African tradespeople, operating as a division of The Intergalactic Company I LLC, under the Intergalactic Systems (IGS) group.

- Payment information (processed securely via Payfast — we do not store card details)

- Communications and correspondence records

- To process payments via our payment provider (Payfast)
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations

POPIA Lawful Basis: We process your personal information on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver the service you subscribed to), legitimate interest (to communicate effectively with you), and legal obligation (to maintain records as required by law).
4. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your personal information is stored securely on our systems and with trusted third-party service providers. We implement reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.
Key measures include:
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
- Access controls limited to authorised personnel
- Payment processing via PCI-DSS compliant Payfast — we do not store payment card details
5. Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:
- Payfast — for payment processing
- GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and website platform provider
- Email and communication service providers — used to operate our business communications
- Legal or regulatory authorities — where required by South African law
All third parties are required to handle personal information in a manner consistent with POPIA.
6. Your Rights Under POPIA
As a data subject under POPIA, you have the right to:
- Access — request a record of personal information we hold about you
- Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention obligations)
