QuickSiteReady is a subscription-based website service designed for South African tradespeople and small businesses. We provide professionally designed, hosted websites on a monthly subscription basis. QuickSiteReady is a trading division of The Intergalactic Company I LLC, operating under the Intergalactic Systems (IGS) group, registered in Pretoria, South Africa.

Our service is offered on a monthly rolling subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable monthly subscription fee in advance.
• Provide accurate business and contact information during sign-up.
• Use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Subscription fees are billed monthly via Payfast. Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

QuickSiteReady will:

• Design, build, and host your website as per the agreed package.
• Provide reasonable updates and maintenance as included in your subscription tier.
• Maintain uptime to the best of our ability via our hosting infrastructure.
• Respond to support queries within 2 business days.

We do not guarantee a specific search engine ranking or volume of leads as a result of your website.

As a subscriber, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate content (text, images, and business information) for your website.
• Ensuring any content you supply does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Keeping your subscription payment up to date.
• Notifying us promptly of any changes to your business details.

All website designs, templates, and system code remain the intellectual property of QuickSiteReady / Intergalactic Systems. Content you supply (text, logos, images) remains your property. Upon cancellation, your supplied content will be made available for download for 14 days.

You may not use your QuickSiteReady website to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited communications.
• Infringe on the rights of any third party.
• Violate any applicable South African law or regulation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this policy without prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at sales@quicksiteready.co.za. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued unless covered by our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any subscription with 30 days' written notice.

QuickSiteReady's liability to you is limited to the amount paid in the preceding month's subscription. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from the use or unavailability of your website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. These terms are also subject to applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
